WOR "Push Your Partner" Workout Program

RULES:

1.  Workout schedule
Required - Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays - 6:30 am CST
Optional - Tuesdays / Thursdays / Saturdays

2.  Must show up on REQUIRED work out days at 6:30 am CST, if you cannot make the time you must work out that day at LA Fitness and be able to prove you checked in on that day.  (LAFITNESS.COM will provide a list of times checked in)

3.  Weigh-ins conducted each week minimum (or $5 charge that week) and recorded on the site.  Weigh-ins can be conducted as many times as you would like in the presence of another member and recorded.  Friday's will be the official weigh-in for each week using the LA Fitness scale in the locker room.

4.  Authorized absences include ONLY the following:
- Travel related to work
- Vacation days scheduled with work
- Sick day taken at work (must be recorded as sick day from work)

5.  If you do not make REQUIRED work out or unable to provide proof that workout was completed at LA FITNESS then you will be charged $5

6.  At the end of the 4 week period all accumulated unauthorized missed workouts will be paid to the individual that has missed the least amount of days in that 4 week period.  If there is a tie between 2 or more people then the one making the best progress (% of body weight lost) will receive the pay out.

Workout Phase 1:  November 15th thru December 14th

Workout Phase 2:  December 15th thru January 14th

Workout Phase 3:  January 15th thru February 14th
